Jess and her team are so incredible. They all bring the excitement for your big day as well as the willingness to help and problem solve any issue that may arise. They’re kind and polite while also professional and supportive. Jess prepared us so well before the big day. Everything she planned had gone perfectly. We did have some unexpected things arise and she handled them without us (bride and groom) even knowing until after. A Jess and her team go above and beyond and we couldn’t have done it without them.
